Every one who has not yet reserved your room in Tsuruga will contact to the ISSNP Secretary directly as soon as possible because our kept rooms with reduced price cannot maintain beyond the 27th of June.

The final Day-to-Day Program of ISSNP has finally decided in June 12 with the detailed plans of Plenary Session (Opening Ceremony and Plenary Talks), and Banquet, shuttle bus serice between Tsuruga Station, Hotels and the Conference Venue). Please see the final program and the shuttle bus time table for the further details.

Every colleagues who has not yet made any arrangement to participate in the ISSNP will make the conference registration as soon as possible with early payemnt.


1. The participation fees of the individual members of technical program committee, local organizing committee and international advisory board are the same as MEMBERS REGISTRATION FEE (35,000JYen).

2. Members of technical program committee, local organizing committee and international advisory board who will tale part in the ISSNP are also requested to send your advanced registration form to the conference secretary Via FAX Only to +81-75-315-8472.


 Registration procedure for participating in the ISSNP has been recently modified so that many persons are welcome to take part The followings are the updated parts of the procedure to be seen in the conference web.

1. Three lunches (July 9, 10 and 11) are included in the Participation Fee.

2. Participation to the Technical Tour in July 11 Afternoon is free of charge with two options ?Excursion to JAEA Facility and Facility Tour in the Wakasa Wan Energy Research Center. But the total number for Excursion to JAEA Facility is limited to 50 persons including the participants of KNS-AESJ Joint Summer School.

3. The definition of the “young researchers” who can participate in the KNS-AESJ Joint Summer School is those who are until ca. 35 years old studying at universities and research institutions.

4. All participants are requested to send your registration form only through FAX to the conference secretary. Japanese participants are requested to pay the registration fee by bank transfer, although the Non-Japanese participants can use Credit Card. The payment by credit card at the registration desk during the conference period will not be accepted.

5.We will distribute the List of Participants who will register in advance. In the List of Participants, the names, affiliations and the e-mail addresses will be included. But if you do not like to put your e-mail address in the list, please indicate your intention on the appropriate place of the registration form.
